The Best Red Carpet Looks From The 2026 Actor Awards
Our favorite stars—from Chase Infiniti to Teyana Taylor and Sheryl Lee Ralph—are delivering yet another unforgettable round of looks this award show season.
As award season rolls on, the Actor Awards (formerly known as the SAG-AFTRA Awards) capped off a whirlwind weekend of ceremonies. Still, Black Hollywood’s finest haven’t let up for a second. Even as the curtain falls on a packed slate of shows, the stars are making their runs look effortless. From sultry silhouettes to dazzling adornments, they delivered moments that will live rent-free in our minds long after the night ends.
ESSENCE’s Black Women in Hollywood honoree Chase Infiniti never misses; As the house ambassador at Louis Vuitton, we’re constantly waiting for her next ensemble. Alongside her powerhouse styling duo, Wayman and Micah, and the visionaries at the house, she’s been delivering look after look all season long. This time, she stepped out in a jewel-adorned long-sleeve gown that evoked the enchantment of the 1920s, complete with a funnel-shaped skirt, a cap-style headpiece, and a sleek, elongated ponytail cascading down her back.
Sheryl Lee Ralph opted in on the pixie cut craze with voluminous finger waves, which sculpted along her forehead and framed the sides of her face. She paired the look with a couture gown fresh off the Saiid Kobeisy runway, complete with a feathered boa that grazed the floor and diamonds dripping from her ears and neck.
Teyana Taylor—with her youngest daughter, Rue, as her +1—kept her signature pixie cut in rotation, while turning heads in a body-sculpting Thom Browne gown. The multicolored structured bodice hugged her frame, flowing into a sequin-lined skirt that cascaded to the floor. A ribbon detail, tied just above her tailbone, added a dramatic finish.
Actress Nana Mensah stunned in a vintage Bob Mackie gown styled by Solange Franklin. The show-stopping bust was adorned with a multi-pronged stone while gold fabric cascaded onto the carpet for a dramatic finish. Celestial-inspired earrings and a deep red lip completed the look flawlessly.
Last but certainly not least, we can’t forget the men. Ryan Coogler stepped out in Fear of God, keeping it effortlessly cool with a black T-shirt layered under a double-breasted blazer buttoned only at the waist for a relaxed, yet refined finish.
